PRB: FaxBroadcast error codes for failed faxes are not available

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax FaxBroadcast version 2006 - 2008

Symptom

When you export results from a fax job in FaxBroadcast, error codes do not show the correct information for failed faxes.

Workaround

There is no solution to this problem in FaxBroadcast, but you can run a Fax report on the Zetafax server to show correct error codes.

Status

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
