PRB: International prefix is misinterpreted when sending a fax from Outlook using Exchange 2007 Print ZTN1672 ID: ZTN1672 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax v2007 Service Pack 2 with the Exchange 2007 Connector Symptom When sending a fax from Outlook with Exchange 2007, international dialling prefixes are misinterpreted. A +44 is interpreted as a “D” and a +39 is interpreted as a “9”. This results in the fax not being sent. Cause The conversion of the number in the email MIME message is incorrectly interpreted. Resolution Please contact Equisys or your reseller for information regarding this problem. Status This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
