PRB: Scanned attachment is missing when sent from eCopy ShareScan OP Client

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax 2007 Exchange 2000/3 Connector

Symptom

The fax is received without the attachment after scanning a document to Zetafax from the eCopy console.

Cause

The Zetafax 2007 Exchange 2000/3 Connector strips out the attachment after processing from Exchange.

Resolution

Follow the instructions in the following hotfix to resolve the issue:

ftp://ftp.equisys.com/pub/hotfix/ZTN1621 Zetafax 2007 Exchange 2003 connector for eCopy hotfix.zip

Status

This fault was corrected in the hotfix above.
