PRB: Send fails if no recipients are specified in Zetadocs Client

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

Zetadocs PDF 6.x to 7.0
Any Zetadocs for NAV install, using the above client versions

Symptom

When using the Zetadocs PDF client a send fails if no recipients are specified, even if the option “View emails before sending” is set. The expected behaviour would be to display an Outlook window and allow the entering of addressing information.

Resolution

Please contact Equisys Technical Support and quote the technote number ZTN4125 to gain access to a hotfix which resolves this issue.

Status

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
