PRB: Sending a fax using coversheet without a description in the email gateway causes a Coversheet file not found error Print ZTN1849 ID: ZTN1849 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 2011 Symptom Creating a new coversheet template and saving it without a description will prevent faxes from being sent via the email gateway. Cause This is caused by an issue in parsing the coversheet list when the coversheets do not have descriptive names. Resolution Edit the coversheet description to contain some text rather than being empty. Status This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
