PRB: When a user has a dpi of 125% or above the coversheet characters are not displayed correctly when sending or previewing a fax

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax Client 2011

Symptom

If a user tries to send or preview a fax via the Zetafax Client, if the dpi setting of the user’s machine is 125% or above the coversheet characters are not displayed correctly.

Cause

The fonts of the coversheet do not take into account the dpi setting and are displayed in the incorrect size.

Resolution

A hotfix is available to address this error.
