PRB: Zetadocs Express cannot login to SharePoint online Print ZTN4155 ID: ZTN4155 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 5.0 of Zetadocs Express Symptom On viewing the Zetadocs Documents Factbox the user may be presented with an error message similar to the one below. Cause This is caused by Zetadocs having not having the correct credentials to sign into the Office 365 SharePoint site. This may be because they have never been stored on this machine or because Office 365 users are required to change their password every 90 days. Likewise this can also occur if the password has been changed by logging into Office 365 directly via a web browser. Resolution New Zetadocs Users New Zetadocs users having this problem simply need to add their Office 365 credentials, to do this: Open NAV and select a page configured with the Documents Factbox, this should appear with a login screen requesting your Office 365 credentials. Add the new credentials into the Document Factbox and it will populate the Related Documents grid and operate normally. The credentials will be stored in Windows Credential Manager. Existing Zetadocs Users If the Office 365 password has timed out users need to log into Office 365 with the existing credentials by going to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and change the password details when directed, before following the steps below. Open NAV and select a page configured with the Documents Factbox, this should appear with a login screen requesting your Office 365 credentials. Add the new credentials into the Document Factbox and it will populate the Related Documents grid and operate normally. The updated credentials will be stored in Windows Credential Manager.
