PRB: Zetadocs fails to search for related documents to display in the Documents FactBox Print ZTN4303 ID: ZTN4303 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 6.0 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Symptom On opening a Zetadocs modified page the Zetadocs Documents FactBox displays the error message “Failed to search for documents. The reason is undefined.”, as shown below. This issue only occurs when Zetadocs is configured to use the Zetadocs Archive. Cause This issue will occur if the “Document Workflow” option is checked in the Zetadocs General Settings page as shown in the screenshot below: This causes the problem because the document workflow is not available and cannot be used with the Zetadocs Archive. Resolution To resolve this problem, disable the “Document Workflow” option in the Zetadocs General Settings page. To do this please follow the steps below: Open the Zetadocs General Settings page. Change the Archiving option to SharePoint. Un-check the Document Workflow option. Change the Archiving option back to Zetadocs Archive.
