PRB Zetafax Configuration crashes when modifying Sender ID.doc Print ZTN1563 ID: ZTN1563 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax v.10 (2006) with Service Pack 1 Symptom When viewing a Sender ID rule in the Zetafax Configuration, clicking OK crashes the Zetafax Configuration. The rule is also deleted. Workaround Sender ID rules can still be viewed in the Zetafax Configuration and new rules can be added, but existing rules should not be modified - you can view the existing rules and click Cancel or press the Esc key. Modify existing Sender ID rules within the routing.ini file located in \Zetafax Server\System\Z-DB directory. The format within the Routing.ini file in the [SENDERID] section is as follows: @SENDERID: "Sender ID" "Organisation Name" USER1: USER2 Where @SENDERID = Rule name "Sender ID" = Sender ID "Organisation Name" = Organisation Name USER1 = User receiving message USER2 = user which fax should route to Status This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
