PRB: Zetafax fails to install on Windows 2003

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax versions previous release 8

Symptom

During the Zetafax server installation the Zetafax printer will fail to be installed and may report errors during the installation.

Resolution

The first version of Zetafax to support Windows 2003 is Zetafax 8. If you are upgrading your environment to windows 2003 and wish to install Zetafax on a Windows 2003 system you will need to purchase an upgrade.
