PRB: Zetafax Server displays 'Error opening message file' when initialising Print ZTN1626 ID: ZTN1626 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 9.1 onwards Symptom When initialising the Zetafax Server the logging window displays various error messages including: QUEUEMAN Error opening message file Cause Files used to run the Zetafax Server are stored in the Zetafax Server Folder (default location is c:\program files\zetafax server). Some Anti-virus applications lock these core files to scan when Zetafax is trying to access them. Resolution You need to add the root of the Zetafax Server folder (\program files\zetafax server) to the Antivirus exclusion list. You will need to contact your System Administrator for instructions on how to do this as each Antivirus application has a different interface to do this.
