PRB: Zetalink help requires Microsoft virtual machine to be installed on some systems Print ZTN2012 ID: ZTN2012 This Zetalink technical note applies to: Zetalink version 1.0 Windows XP Windows NT4 Symptom When launching the help on the Zetalink User Configuration page the following dialog box appears: Cause The system does not have Microsoft virtual machine installed. The Zetalink help files require on this software to be installed before it can display the help pages. Resolution When the dialog box appears, select 'Download', From the drop down menu of locations that appear, choose 'the internet' and select OK. Leave the region default at 'North America' and select OK. You will receive various security warnings throughout the download. Select 'Yes' to all of these. Once the download is complete, retry the help in Zetalink User Configuration. You will now be able to access the index, home and contents options.
