FIX: Archive Search fails to return any documents Print ZTN4267 ID: ZTN4267 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 5.5 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Symptom When using the Zetadocs search API to find related documents it always returns 0 results even if there are related documents available on SharePoint. This issue only occurs on systems upgraded from version 5.0-5.4 of Zetadocs for NAV. Cause This issue occurs because the ZetadocsArchiveID field was not being set in the earlier versions and the search API fails when it attempts to convert the blank value in the result into a valid GUID. Resolution This issue has been resolved in the July update rollup (5.5.305) of Zetadocs for NAV, available for download here. Status This fault was corrected in the above mentioned update.
