FIX: Cannot view address book entries in the Zetafax Client Print ZTN1924 ID: ZTN1924 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Version 16.1.983 of the Zetafax Client, which was included in an early release of the Zetafax version 16 Platform Feature Pack Symptom When attempting to view address book entries in the Zetafax Client, the address book appears to be empty. Attempts to add items to the address book will appear to be successful, but the items will not appear in the list. There may be some stability issues with the Zetafax Client after adding a new entry to the address book. Cause This issue was caused by a fault introduced in the initial release of the Platform Feature Pack. Users downloading the Platform Feature Pack after the 23rd January 2013 do not need to apply this update as this issue has been resolved in that release.
