FIX: Combining Zetadocs documents results in an empty document Print ZTN4253 ID: ZTN4253 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 9.0 of Zetadocs Client Symptom When using the combine Zetadocs Documents feature, if the documents selected to combine are members of a batch, the resulting document will be empty. Cause This issue is caused by an error where documents in batches are not recognised as valid files to use for combining. Resolution This issue has been resolved in the Update rollup 5.5.289 of Zetadocs for NAV, available for download here. Status This fault was corrected in the above mentioned update.
