FIX: Fax relay does not work with AudioCodes 600 Gateway Print ZTN1862 ID: ZTN1862 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 2011 Symptom When using Fax Relay with the Audiocodes 600 Gateway the ‘*’ and ‘#’ symbols are not processed correctly. Cause This was caused by a third party component which needed to be updated. Resolution This problem can be resolved by installing a patch which is available here.
