FIX: Inbound faxes are not received to a mail-enabled user's inbox Print ZTN1907 ID: ZTN1907 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax Server 2012 Symptom Inbound faxes that are supposed to reach a configured email account are not received in user’s email inbox. Server logs show the following lines: xx-xx- xx xx: xx: xx QUEUEMAN - (E) - No Zetafax email account configuredxx-xx- xx xx: xx: xx QUEUEMAN - (E) - Unable to initialise for mailxx-xx- xx xx: xx: xx QUEUEMAN - (I) - Forwarding message to Zetafax account instead of email Cause This is due to incorrect data being passed from Active Directory when querying the user details required to route the fax message to the email account. Resolution This issue has been resolved in the Zetafax 2012 Platform Feature Pack, available for download here. This update is available free of charge to existing Software Assuancre customers and can be accessed using the password provided in your Software Assurance newsletter.
