FIX: Insufficient space when loading large amount of contacts from external source to address book Print ZTN1896 ID: ZTN1896 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 2011 Zetafax 2012 Symptom When loading an external source of contacts into the Zetafax address book, the error message “Insufficient space to load the file” is shown if the external source contains a large amount of contacts. Cause This was caused by a predefined memory limit in the Zetafax client that prevented the loading of large amounts of data. Resolution This issue has been resolved in the Zetafax 2012 Platform Feature Pack, available for download here. This update is available free of charge to existing Software Assuancre customers and can be accessed using the password provided in your Software Assurance newsletter.
