FIX: Pages take a long time to load when Zetadocs Addin is enabled on the page Print ZTN4258 ID: ZTN4258 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 5.5.297 and below of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Symptom Users may experience slow loading of NAV pages when the Zetadocs Addin has been enabled on that page. Users are unable to interact with the page for that period of time. This is more evident on high load terminal server systems. Cause This was due to the way the Zetadocs addin checks for licensing. Resolution This issue has been resolved in the Update rollup 5.5.289 of Zetadocs for NAV, available for download here. Status This fault was corrected in the above mentioned update.
