FIX: Sending documents from the Zetadocs PDF to Outlook fails after the Zetafax Client is installed. Zetadocs for NAV (versions 4.0 to 5.0) with the Zetadocs Client version 8.0 or earlier Symptom After installing the Zetafax Client on a system where the Zetadocs PDF Client is installed, sending a document from the PDF Client to Outlook will always fail. Cause This is due to the fact that the Zetadocs and Zetafax clients use different versions of the same library to communicate with Outlook. As Zetafax is using an older version of the library, installing it after the Zetadocs Client breaks the connection between the Zetadocs Client and Outlook. Resolution This issue has been resolved in Zetadocs PDF v8.2, available for download here. This update is available free of charge to existing Software Assurance customers and can be accessed using the password provided in your Software Assurance newsletter.
