FIX: Unable to install the Zetadocs NAV Client in NAV 5.0 or NAV 2009 without RTC installed Print ZTN4408 ID: ZTN4408 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: January Rollup of Version 7.0 of Zetadocs for NAV Dynamics NAV 5.0, Dynamics NAV 2009, Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 Symptom Zetadocs Client cannot complete the installation in systems where the RTC client is not installed, it shows the following error: Cause The Zetadocs Client installer expects to find the RTC_PATH folder which is not present in Dynamics NAV 5.0 or Dynamics NAV 2009 systems where the RTC is not installed. Resolution This issue has been resolved in the April update rollup (7.0.392) of Zetadocs for NAV, available for download here. Status This behaviour was corrected in the update detailed above.
