FIX: Unable to retrieve documents from the Search function in the Send Customize Codeunit Print ZTN4423 ID: ZTN4423 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV 7.0 Symptom Unable to retrieve documents from the data store location when using the Search function in the Send Customize codeunit. The operation fails silently when users do not use the Zetadocs Web Client Factbox. The following error is found in the Zetadocs-NAV log: Search function returned, error code: 115044 Cause Zetadocs for NAV has migrated functionality (i.e. Search) from the Dynamics NAV Client to the NAV Server. Credentials are needed in order to collect or archive the documents from the data store location. As a result, Zetadocs either does not have access to the credentials in the server or the credentials are expired for a specific user and fails silently on the server. Resolution This fault was corrected in a hotfix, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN4423.
