FIX: Zetafax Server gives licence error when sending a fax with a graphics file attachment without the rendering add-on Print ZTN1989 ID: ZTN1989 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax server 2014 Symptom When attaching a graphics file without the rendering add-on enabled, Zetafax Server will try to convert the fax but fails with the following error: “DOCTIFF cannot render this file; Please licence the Rendering Add-on”. Cause This was due to an issue with the licence logic for rendering, which was introduced in Zetafax 2014. Resolution An update is available here to address this issue.
