More information

The following changes have been made to Version 4.1 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

New in Zetadocs for NAV:

  • Manual Lock feature added to the Zetadocs Document Queues
It is now possible to lock an item in the queue manually, to inform others that you are working on an item and prevent duplicate effort.
  • Capture Essentials support extended to the Classic Client
Users running the NAV classic client are now able to gain the benefits of Capture Essentials as we have extended our drag and drop capture feature to the classic client.
  • Group Policy Support
Zetadocs for NAV now supports Group Policy roll-out to facilitate simpler installs.
  • Additional Attachments
It is now possible to add additional attachments to outbound emails, unlike the existing attachment feature which adds the attachment into the pdf being sent. This features adds the document as a separate attachment.
  • Use text extracted from captured documents to automate data entry and filing
Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Zetadocs Capture Plus can now extract text, as well as a barcode, from a scanned document and pass it to partner-written code in NAV for the automated filing and linking of that document. A workflow may be initiated automatically as part of the process, with the extracted text used to reduce the need for manual data entry.
  • Multiple Languages Supported
    • Dutch
    • French
    • English

Note: NAV objects available for NAV database language versions NA, NL, BE, W1 and GB.
