PRB: Inbound faxes that fail during transmission do not have a failure status Print ZTN1920 ID: ZTN1920 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 2012 Zetafax 2012 Platform Feature Pack Symptom When receiving a fax and the fax reception is interrupted (resulting in an error message being displayed in the Zetafax Server Monitor), the status of the partially received fax indicates that the fax was received without error. Cause This was due to a problem in the device controllers which fail to pass some error states through to the Zetafax Client. Resolution A hotfix is available from Equisys Technical Support.
