PRB: Printing a Zetadocs enabled NAV Statement does not launch the Zetadocs Client Print ZTN4066 ID: ZTN4066 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV v3.0 and later Symptom When printing a statement to Zetadocs, the Zetadocs PDF Client does not launch. A further attempt to print will give the error message: Cause If a statement has never been run before, this behaviour can occur. Resolution Please restart NAV and ensure that the statement report has been run prior to printing to Zetadocs. Previewing the statement will have the same effect.
