PRB: Zetafax Reports do not run in the Zetafax Server Monitor Print ZTN1643 ID: ZTN1643 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax server 2007 and later Symptom When trying to load the fax report module within the Zetafax server monitor, nothing happens. Cause Visual C++ runtime is required to load this module. It is included in the Zetafax server prerequisites, but if you installed the Zetafax Remote Administration, these are not installed. Resolution Install the Visual C++ runtime components (vcredist_x86.exe) from the Prerequisites folder in the Zetafax server CD or downloaded install files.
