Feature enhancements

Delegate Users

A user can now be given permission to act on behalf of another user.  This allows an assistant to create and submit expenses for their manager, or allows a team of finance processors to access a shared account without having to share sign-in credentials.

Access is controlled using the admin site User Details screen.  The system administrator can specify which users or user groups can access each user account, and which roles (submitter, approver and/or processor) are available for each delegate user.

Delegate users receive a copy of notification emails for the user.  Notification emails about reports which have been submitted for approval are copied to the delegate user who submitted the report, and emails for approval tasks are sent to all delegates with the relevant approval role for that user.

Actions taken by a delegate user are shown in the report history and expense approval details to help with accountability.

This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements.

Extension for Business Central

The Extension for Business Central has not been updated in this release.

This release is compatible with all previous versions of the Extension for Business Central.

NAV Server Components

The NAV Server Components have not been updated in this release.

This release is compatible with previous versions of the NAV Server Components (versions 3.3.18178 and later).

Reporting Template

The PowerBI Reporting Template has not been updated in this release.

Mobile apps

Installed mobile apps will be updated automatically on mobile devices where this is enabled.
