FIX: Brooktrout device controller does not display correct page progress count when sending Print ZTN2130 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax version 17.1 Symptom When sending multi-page faxes with Brooktrout devices, the page count reported during sending is incorrect. On successful connection, it will immediately show that a higher, or the final page, is being sent until the fax has completed sending or is interrupted. This applies to the following devices: · Brooktrout TR1034 Brooktrout Trufax Zetafax Fax over IP Connector (SR140 Edition) Cause This was caused by a fault in the Brooktrout device controller code, which did not update the Zetafax Server UI at the correct points in time. Resolution An update is available here to address this issue.. Status This behaviour was corrected in the update detailed above.
