FIX: Can't open files using the Zetadocs fact box which contain an apostrophe in the name Print ZTN4593 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV 11.1.2516 Symptom When trying to open a file from the Zetadocs Document FactBox which contains an apostrophe, the file doesn’t open. There is no response when clicking to open the file. Cause This was identified as an issue with the parsing of the filename internally within the Zetadocs Document Factbox on the version of the software mentioned above. Resolution A workaround is to copy the link for the file from the Zetadocs Document Factbox and paste this link into a web browser. Another option is to rename the affected file to not include an apostrophe.
