FIX: Unable to dial to 7-digit numbers with Zetafax Online

Symptom

When sending faxes with Zetafax Online, fax numbers entered as a 7-digit number rather than with the full national code are not sent. The following error message is observed in the Zetafax Server logs

Zetafax Online: Invalid destination number (6002)

Cause

This was caused by a bug in the Zetafax Online component of the Zetafax Server that prevented proper interpretation of 7-digit fax numbers.

Resolution

A workaround is to enter the full national number when sending faxes. There is also an update available here to address this issue. This allows the capability to dial 7 digit numbers.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in the update detailed above.
