FIX: Unable to install Zetafax Web Client on Windows Server 2019 Print ZTN2145 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax Web Client Windows Server 2019 Symptom During installation of the Zetafax Web Client you get an error message saying "The Zetafax Web Client install did not complete successfully". Cause There were some incompatbilities found with Server 2019 requiring an update to the Web Client as well as some prerequisites that the Zetafax Web Client relies on which are not installed on Server 2019 by default. Resolution Download and run the ZetafaxWebClientInstallSet.exe from the Zetafax downloads page and follow the instructions in the readme file. Status This has been resolved in the latest version of the software.
