FIX: Zetadocs Factbox displays a "Failed to search for documents" error Print ZTN4579 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV version 11.1 and later NAV version 2016 to Business Central 14 SharePoint Online Symptom The Zetadocs Factbox displays a "Failed to search for documents" error when refreshing on SharePoint sites with a larger number of documents in a document library (exceeding 5,000). This can be intermittent and occurs in a subset of SharePoint Online setups depending on the way the folder structure is set up in the document library, number of users connected, and whether there are other connections to SharePoint. Cause This problem occurs due to the throttling of resources that will be applied to the SharePoint site. If the SharePoint site is under heavy use, then it may cause the query for related documents from Zetadocs to return much slower or be rejected. It is not possible to adjust the resourcing in SharePoint Online so there is no workaround. Resolution This fault was corrected in a hotfix that made improvements to how Zetadocs queries SharePoint Online, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN4579. Status This behaviour was corrected in the hotfix detailed above.
