FIX: Zetadocs for NAV Server Delivery fails when SharePoint Online option is selected Print ZTN4515 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV version 10 Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 and later Symptom When the SharePoint Online option is selected as the archiving for Zetadocs and the user attempts to send a record with additional attachments, the delivery fails with the following error: A call to Zetadocs.NetApi.Delivery.Models.EmailMessage.ProcessCommands failed with this message: Value cannot be null. Cause This issue was caused by the .Net components not having access to the access tokens when downloading files to be attached to a message. Resolution This fault was corrected in a hotfix, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN4515. Status This behaviour was corrected in the hotfix detailed above.
