FIX: Zetadocs for NAV throws error - failed to search for documents in SharePoint Print ZTN4494 ID: ZTN4494 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV V9.1 systems previously upgraded from V4.2 or earlier Symptom When searching for documents in SharePoint, Zetadocs for NAV FactBox throws an error saying failed to search for Documents. Cause This is caused by the way that Zetadocs queries SharePoint Document libraries when those libraries contain more documents than SharePoint’s list view threshold of 5,000 documents. Resolution An update is available here to address this issue. This update changes the way that Zetadocs queries SharePoint to overcome the issue. Status This behaviour was corrected in the update detailed above.
