HOWTO: Enable TLS 1.2 on a server running Zetadocs or the Zetafax Server Print ZTN4584 This technical note applies to: Zetadocs Zetafax Exchange Online Modern Authentication Update Symptom Certain authentication functionality is failing with error messages or logs indicating that the server does not have TLS 1.2 installed or enabled, or you have been instructed to follow this from our Technical Support team. Resolution The resolution is to enable TLS 1.2 on the server in use which will ensure that all authentication from either Zetadocs or the Zetafax Exchange Online Update can be facilitated. Microsoft has a detailed guide on how to do this via Powershell and we recommend using this when enabling TLS 1.2.
