This technote will outline how to change the log level as well as how to gather the logs for the client-side Factbox. More information Navigate to a page with the Factbox installed within a 32-bit NAV/BC Client Click the question mark icon within the pane that allows for dragging and dropping in the Factbox Select 'About Zetadocs' and change the 'Logging Level' dropdown to 'Debug' Restart NAV Client after making the changes for it to take effect.
