INFO: Enabling Detailed Logs Within Expenses Print ZTN6013 This Zetadocs Expenses technical note applies to: Zetadocs Expenses Connector Summary For Zetadocs Expenses accounts that use the connector, logs can be generated in your own local environment where the NAV/Business Central server resides, and on the server hosting the Zetadocs Expenses Connector. These logs will help Equisys Technical Support to gather further insight and help resolve issues that may occur. More Information There are two logs you can locate and enabled for analysis. Zetadocs Connector.log On the machine hosting the Zetadocs Expenses Connector, go into the install folder for the connector (for example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zetadocs Expenses Connector.) Open Zetadocs.Approval.Connector.Service.exe.config in Notepad. Change the following line in the file: <add key="LogLevel" value="Error" /> To: <add key="LogLevel" value="Debug" /> Save the file. Restart the Zetadocs Expenses Connector service. Reproduce the issue that you want to troubleshoot. The program will automatically create a log of actions performed during an export. The log file can be found under the account of user that is running the Expenses service account. Zetadocs Connector.log is stored in C:\Users\<user running the Expenses service>\Appdata\Local\Temp\Zetadocs. Zetadocs Expense NAV.log This file can be located under the account of the user that is running the Expense Connector service, on the NAV/Business Central server.
