PRB: Document conversion fails after upgrading to Zetadocs Server V3.0 Print ZTN4521 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs Server v3.0 Symptom After upgrading to Zetadocs Server v3.0, document conversion fails and no files are created in the ‘\\<server>\Queues\<queue_name>\_converted’ folder. Note, that the ‘_converted’ folder is hidden by default. Cause The Zetadocs OCR Engine license number entered is already being used by another user or no valid license number was entered. Resolution Enter a valid license number or contact your Dynamics reseller or Equisys directly to obtain your Zetadocs OCR upgrade license.
