PRB: Failed sync-navapp command when upgrading from Zetadocs 11.1 to the Zetadocs Extension for Business Central on-premises Print ZTN4545 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs Delivery and Capture for Business Central on-premises Symptom You receive ‘Unsupported table change’ or ‘Unsupported field change’ errors when trying to run the 'sync-navapp' command part of the upgrade process from Zetadocs 11.1 NAV to Zetadocs Extension for Business Central on-premises. Cause This issue occurs because there are some tables and fields that are used in Zetadocs 11.1 (for NAV) but not used in the Zetadocs extensions for Business Central. Resolution To resolve the issue, run the sync-navapp command with the '-Mode ForceSync -force' arguments. For example: sync-navapp -name "Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture" -ServerInstance bc150 -Mode ForceSync -Force This will force the syncing of the tables from the extension with the database and allow the upgrade process to continue.
