PRB: Unable to Archive in Factbox when document library has reached listiew threshold Print ZTN4590 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs Delivery and Capture Extension all versions Zetadocs SharePoint Extensions version 1.0.20114 Symptom When the Zetadocs library reaches the listview threshold limit (~5000 items), users may not be able to upload or drag and drop documents to the Factbox, a list view threshold warning will be displayed in SharePoint when browsing to the Library Settings. Cause In SharePoint once a document library reaches the listview threshold limit (this will be dependent on how the archive folder structure is set up), searches can be impacted, the outcome is that certain functionalty when Archiving will not work correctly. Resolution To resolve this issue a new Index needs to be generated on the Zetadocs document library (or whichever document library is setup for archiving). The default document library "Zetadocs" can be updated by running the latest version (1.0.23065+) of the Zetadocs SharePoint Extension which can be found here. This will generate this Index automatically. Alternatively the column index can be created manually, by going to Library Settings > More Library Settings, under the Columns subheading selecting Indexed Columns, and creating a new Index with Title as the Primary Column. Generating this index may take a few minutes depending on the size of the document library. Status This issue will be resolved in the April 2023 update of the software.
