PRB: Unable to see document factbox when creating a new Document Print ZTN4547 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs Extension all versions Symptom On certain pages and sometimes intermittently, when opening a page with the Zetadocs Factbox enabled, the Factbox does not appear. It occurs more often on opening a page through creating a new record or on Business Central Archives pages. Cause Zetadocs requires the information of which reccord the Factbox should be associated to when opening the page. This information is provided by Business Central with the trigger OnAfterGetCurrRecord(). The issue occurs when the OnAfterGetCurrRecord trigger is not being invoked by Business Central. Resolution The trigger of OnAfterGetCurrRecord is handled by Microsoft. Zetadocs does not have access to this behaviour. Updating your Business Central environment may resolve the issue. Closing the new record page and opening again may allow the factbox to appear. Status This is a known issue on Business Central. Newer versions of Business Central may resolve this issue.
