This year’s Directions North America was the most thrilling we’ve ever attended and had more ups and downs than the Mummy ride at Universal Studios - although that was great too.
We learnt lots about the new Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps, part of Microsoft’s SaaS apps which are now in private preview. We also witnessed how not to deliver a public "preview" marketing message to a community who are so passionate about Dynamics NAV, with a white-label product briefly known as Dynamics 365 "Tenerife". Thankfully though, some calm and clarity was delivered soon after Directions to steady the storm of hurricane directions.

Most importantly for us, Directions NA was another chance to connect with our Zetadocs partners and to share product updates and our roadmap in person. These are the very same partners who have helped make Zetadocs one of the most trusted and popular NAV add-ons and allowed us into Presidents club. We thank you for your time at Directions and remain committed to contributing to your success.
Our Zetadocs suite roadmap remains fully behind supporting NAV Extensions V2 which will allow us to make Zetadocs one of the simplest add-ons to install and upgrade. We are committed to following a path with Zetadocs that allows you to say yes to your customers’ document management and expense management needs, whichever way they choose to consume Dynamics NAV.
