Order matching preview

This article describes the new features and other improvements in the May 2022 update of the Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Extension for Business Central.

Release date, version and availability 

April 27, 2022 (version 3.0.22115) available for download for on-premises Business Central systems from the release date, and on Microsoft AppSource for Business Central Online systems within ten working days of this release date.

The following enhancements are enabled on selected accounts only.  This allows channel partners and other users to understand the feature and to give feedback on its implementation before general release.  Please contact Equisys if you wish to use any of these preview features.

Order matching

Zetadocs Capture’s ready to go AP Automation solution has been enhanced with an automatic purchase order matching feature to simplify the processing of PO based vendor invoices.

Zetadocs automatically matches order lines to invoice lines then updates the purchase invoice created with the matched order number for reference. Per queue options are available to automatically receive the order lines and to post the purchase invoice once fully matched saving the approval time.

Quality and performance improvements 

This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following: 

The parameter is null or empty is displayed in the Zetadocs FactBox

Resolved an issue loading FactBox documents when navigating to a Sales Order page on Business Central 14 systems.

Known issues with released features

Automated data entry feature unavailable on BC15

The Zetadocs Document Queue settings page does not load correctly on Business Central 15 systems. The previous extension version remains available from the downloads page until the issue is resolved.
