Feature enhancements
Auto matching to multiple purchase orders
Zetadocs Capture’s AP Automation solution has been enhanced this release with auto matching of invoice lines across multiple purchase orders.
Zetadocs will now automatically search for related order line matches based on a series of criteria, including the G/L account or item number/variant, quantity, unit price, receipt status and the age of the order.
Suggested auto matches are highlighted in dark green on the order matching screen when the ordered quantity is fully matched or yellow when partially matched. Matched order numbers are written as separate comment lines above their related invoice lines as a quick reference once the invoice is posted.
Quality and performance improvements
This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:
Document Queues with 100+ documents slow to open
Resolved a side-effect of a time zone fix in the March update that led to slow opening times of the Zetadocs Document Queues with some timeouts occurring. The time zone fix was rolled back on April 14, 2023, with a cloud service update.
Unable to open documents with a hash in the name
Resolved an further issue introduced in the March update whereby a hash character in the filename resulted in documents not being able to be opened from the Zetadocs Document FactBox. This issue was corrected on April 20, 2023, with a cloud service update. A further cloud service update was released May 3, 2023, to resolve a related issue opening files archived between the March update and the April 20 update.
