Preview features
The following enhancements are enabled on selected accounts only. This allows channel partners and other users to understand the feature and to give feedback on its implementation before general release. Please contact Equisys if you wish to use any of these preview features.
Daily FTP bank feeds
Most banks and other providers of corporate payment cards can send us a list of transactions each day. These are supplied as a computer file which the bank uploads to the Zetadocs Expenses service using a secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) link.
Zetadocs Expenses can now process these files and create new transactions for corporate payment cards automatically. The cardholder can then add receipts and other details with a few clicks, without waiting for the finance processor to import the transaction file at the end of the month.
We currently support Mastercard and American Express cards, and will be adding support for Visa cards soon. The feature is similar to our existing support for UK banks using TrueLayer, but supports a wider set of banks including those in North America.
Quality and performance improvements
This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:
Retain changes to custom property values after validation error
When you save changes to a custom property using the system admin site, Zetadocs Expenses check the new settings. If any required settings are missing, the settings screen is redisplayed with a message showing what needs to be corrected before the changes can be saved.
Previously if the save failed with a validation error in this way, any changes which had been made to the list of values for the custom property were discarded. This has now been corrected.

Extension for Business Central
The Extension for Business Central has not been updated in this release.
This release is compatible with previous versions of the Extension for Business Central.
NAV Server Components
The NAV Server Components have not been updated in this release.
This release is compatible with previous versions of the NAV Server Components (versions 3.3.18178 and later).
Reporting Template
The PowerBI Reporting Template has not been updated in this release.
Mobile apps
Installed mobile apps will be updated automatically on mobile devices where this is enabled.
