Feature enhancements
Switch user menu option
We have added a switch user option to the Zetadocs Expenses mobile and desktop app. This is shown in the main menu if you are configured as a delegate user, and enables you to switch between your account and other user accounts without having to sign out first.
Switch user from notification email
The notification email for an approval task include links to view the task or view all tasks for that user.
If you are a delegate user the Zetadocs Expenses app will now switch to the correct user automatically when you click the link. This makes viewing tasks easier and more intuitive for delegate users.
If you use two or more Zetadocs Expenses systems and you are signed in as a user on a different system, the client will prompt you to sign into the correct company before switching user.
Quality and performance improvements
This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following:
Custom properties values are reset on viewing expense
In rare circumstances the Zetadocs Expenses app would reset the custom property value for an expense when the expense was being approved or viewed. This has now been corrected.
Transaction import fails if text fields include leading equals sign
Previously importing a payment card transaction file from one bank failed because the file included an External deploy operation encountered an unexpected exception. Contact your system administrator. Error Message: Input string was not in a correct format. (“=”) before one of the fields. The system will now ignore these characters so that these files can be imported successfully.
Exchange rate displayed incorrectly on French language systems
The French language version of the Zetadocs Expenses app now displays the exchange rate correctly for foreign currency expenses.

Extension for Business Central
The Extension for Business Central has not been updated in this release.
This release is compatible with all previous versions of the Extension for Business Central.
NAV Server Components
The NAV Server Components have not been updated in this release.
This release is compatible with previous versions of the NAV Server Components (versions 3.3.18178 and later).
Reporting Template
The PowerBI Reporting Template has not been updated in this release.
Mobile apps
Installed mobile apps will be updated automatically on mobile devices where this is enabled.
