FIX: GoldMine Setup Wizard reports a connection error Print ZTN1559 ID: ZTN1559 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax version 2006 and later Zetafax Connector for GoldMine Symptom During the setting up of the connection to the GoldMine database the Setup Wizard reports GoldMine connection error. Additionally nothing is recorded in the GM.log file. Cause Under some circumstances the setup wizard would not be able to connect to the GoldMine root folder listed in the specified user's GoldMine INI file. Resolution This issue is resolved by applying the Zetafax GoldMine Integration Library update: ftp://ftp.equisys.com/pub/Zetafax2006sp1/Updates/ZTN1559_Goldmine_Library_update.zip Status This behaviour was corrected in the above mentioned patch.
