FIX: Last email recipient in TO field gets dropped Print ZTN4128 ID: ZTN4128 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs PDF 7.0.153 and lower Google Apps Sync for Outlook Symptom When sending an email to multiple recipients using the Zetadocs PDF Client, the last recipient gets dropped when using Outlook and Google Apps with Google Apps Sync for Outlook instead of an Exchange Server. Cause On sending an email Zetadocs attempts to verify email addresses as valid before it sends them to Outlook. In some circumstances a valid email address does not get validated correctly and so Zetadocs does not send to this address. The problem arises when Google App Sync is used with Outlook, and occurs for the last recipient when sending an email to multiple email addresses. Resolution To resolve this issue you need to do the following: Contact Equisys technical support and request hotfix ZTN4128. Run Setup.exe from the provided Hotfix. Open the registry editor: Start > Run > Regedit Browse to the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software [\ Wow6432Node] \ Equisys \ Zetadocs PDFNote: " Wow6432Node" is only found on 64bit systems. For 32bit systems just omit the " [\Wow6432Node] Warning:Using the Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Equisys cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Create a new string value: Name:AllowUnresolvedEmailRecipients Data:1 This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
