FIX: MailSendFormat always sends attachment as a TIFF

Symptom
When using the email gateway, faxed documents arrive in TIFF format as attachments to email messages, instead of another format (like PDF) that was specified in the MailSendFormat setting found in Program Files\Zetafax Server\System\Z-DB\SETUP.ini
Cause
When sending faxes through the email gateway, the "MailSendFormat" setting is used to convert a fax document (email attachment) into another format besides TIFF (for example, faxed documents could arrive as PDF attachments to an email message). The symptom is that regardless of the MailSendFormat setting, the faxed document does not get converted and always arrives in TIFF format.
Resolution
Please install the patch, or update your Zetafax installation using the Update Service.
To do this, select Help and Check for Updates. in the Zetafax Server Monitor.
Status
This behaviour was corrected in Zetafax 2007
